I've done nothing in the kitchen this week either because I've been eating lobster, lobster and more lobster. I removed the rest from the shells last night and will make lobster salad for tonight. I'm not sick of it but it will be nice to have something different tomorrow. No pots and pans to wash all week is the best part.
David Wilkins: I know it sounds odd from someone who lives next to the sea, and on an island, but I've never had lobster. I've had crab and shellfish, prawns, and any number of different fish, but never lobster... smile
